What Is Spiritual Warfare?

I want to talk today about something that is often misunderstood, minimized, or avoided altogether: spiritual warfare.

I could talk on this subject all night.

There was a time when I did not believe angels and demons were active in our daily lives. But by the grace of our Lord, He began to teach me—slowly, carefully, and mercifully. And He continues to teach me as I am able to receive it. Continue reading “What Is Spiritual Warfare?”

A Declaration for Longevity and Strength

📌 I want to share a declaration that the Lord has been pressing into my heart—a declaration for longevity, strength, and purpose.

We are not called to drift into later seasons of life with fear or diminished expectations. We are called to walk them out by faith, grounded in what God has already spoken.

The Word is clear: our lives are ordered by God, not by numbers, culture, or human assumptions.

So today, I choose to agree with what Heaven says.

Read this aloud. Let faith rise as you do.

Declaration for Longevity and Strength

Father God,
I thank You that my life is in Your hands and my days are ordered by You. Continue reading “A Declaration for Longevity and Strength”

Don’t Stay Busy on the Campus—Take Your Seat

📌 Take Your Place

I recently had a dream about being on a school campus. I was there every day—busy, engaged, interacting, doing what I believed was right. Yet suddenly it dawned on me that I had never actually gone into class. I was shocked to realize I didn’t even know where my classes were.

That dream carries a gentle but important message.

It’s possible to be faithful, sincere, and active—and still miss the place where instruction, alignment, and positioning happen. Busyness can feel productive, and it does make me feel better, but it is not the same thing as being seated where God is teaching. Continue reading “Don’t Stay Busy on the Campus—Take Your Seat”

When Fear Tries to Negotiate Obedience

📌

I want to share something the Lord has been stirring in my heart.

Recently, I had a dream where someone I care about looked at me—tears streaming down his face—and said, “Please don’t open a soup kitchen.”

It wasn’t really about a soup kitchen.
It was about fear.

Fear that visible faith might close doors.
Fear that obedience might cost access.
Fear that if we look “too Christian,” we won’t be allowed into certain spaces where help is needed. Continue reading “When Fear Tries to Negotiate Obedience”

Dear Prophet: Does God See the Unseen Servant?

Question:

Several years ago, I knew a little old lady who lived in a trailer park. She was sweet as could be. She read her Bible all day long. She endured a very rude and manipulative daughter. She never went anywhere. She didn’t really interact with anyone. Back then there was no internet, so she couldn’t reach out or connect. Then one day, she passed on.

That image stayed with me. I remember thinking, I never want to live unseen, unheard, and unable to make a difference. Continue reading “Dear Prophet: Does God See the Unseen Servant?”

Establishing God’s Jurisdiction Over the Night

Establishing God’s Jurisdiction Over the Night
Are Demons Using Your Dreams Against You?
Troy Brewer

The enemy is a legalist. He operates according to contracts, permissions, and boundaries. That’s why what we speak—and how consistently we speak it—matters.

When you pray a contractual prayer, dedicating your space and the night to the Lord and to the Kingdom of Light, you are establishing jurisdiction. You are declaring that the kingdom of darkness has no authority and no access within that space—especially your bedroom, where the mind rests and the soul is most vulnerable.
