How God Measures Fruit in Online Ministry

📌Every calling carries expectations—spoken or unspoken.

Much of the tension between congregational ministers and online ministers comes from using the wrong measuring tools.

God does not measure fruit the way man does.

▪️Visible Fruit in Congregational Ministry

In a local church setting, fruit is often seen and felt:

– Attendance growth
– Baptisms and altar calls
– Families being discipled together
– Public testimonies
– Milestones like weddings and baby dedications Continue reading “How God Measures Fruit in Online Ministry”

Online Minister vs. Local Congregational Minister

📌 There is a growing misunderstanding in the Body of Christ—especially among those who are faithfully serving outside the traditional church building.

Both local congregational ministry and online ministry are real.
Both are God-given.
Both carry weight and accountability.

But they do not require the same muscles, the same expectations, or the same grace.

Today, I want to help bring clarity—not division—by rightly discerning the difference.

Stirred Into Obedience for Such a Time as This

📌 Stirred Into Obedience for Such a Time as This

This morning I can say with confidence: the Lord answered my prayer.

I asked Him to stir my heart—to move me into obedience so deeply that I couldn’t lay it down. And He did exactly that. What I feel right now is not pressure; it’s holy compulsion. A knowing. A weight of responsibility mixed with peace. The work before me matters, and lives are connected to it. Continue reading “Stirred Into Obedience for Such a Time as This”

Don’t Stay Busy on the Campus—Take Your Seat

📌 Take Your Place

I recently had a dream about being on a school campus. I was there every day—busy, engaged, interacting, doing what I believed was right. Yet suddenly it dawned on me that I had never actually gone into class. I was shocked to realize I didn’t even know where my classes were.

That dream carries a gentle but important message.

Busyness can feel productive, and it does make me feel better, but it is not the same thing as being seated where God is teaching. Continue reading “Don’t Stay Busy on the Campus—Take Your Seat”

Let’s Talk About Scribes

Grandma on Scribes
Hey

The Lord gave me a word and vision to tell me what He wanted. I knew it was Him, and knew a little of what He meant. But, when I was reading on Sandy Warner’s new board that her mother is a prophetic scribe by calling, I felt it to be good with the Lord to ask some questions for further understanding.

Below are the emails that Sandy’s mother and I wrote back and forth, edited just a bit for forum posting of instruction. Continue reading “Let’s Talk About Scribes”

📌The Way of an Eagle in a Watchman’s Ministry

1. The “Way of an Eagle” is a mode of operation, not a logo.

“There are three things which are too wonderful for me, yes, four which I do not understand: the way of an eagle in the air…” (Proverbs 30:18–19)

Scripture doesn’t say the eagle itself is mysterious — it says the way of the eagle is. That matters.

The Eagle is not about:
• spectacle
• noise
• domination
It’s about how you move, perceive, wait, and act. Continue reading
