You Have a God-Given Purpose by Bobby Conner

📌 Say this out loud right now:

“I have a God-given purpose!”

You were chosen by Almighty God in eternity past to live in the present and to help shape the future. Scripture tells us plainly that we are His workmanship—created in Christ Jesus for good works, prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10).

You have a divine destiny.

No one else on earth can accomplish what God has commissioned you to do. That assignment is uniquely yours.

It’s time to exchange every distorted self-view for God’s opinion of you. You are essential to His eternal plans and purposes. Because of that, you are called to rise—bold, brave, radiant, and confident in Him.

Lift your head.
Square your shoulders.
Walk with assurance.

God is with you.

Shine brightly in this sin-darkened world. You were never meant to blend in—you were meant to radiate.

I want to share a powerful prophetic encounter that underscores this truth.

While sound asleep, I was awakened by an exceptionally pleasant voice speaking clearly in my room. The words were articulated with such clarity that immediate comfort and courage flooded my heart. This was not something I heard internally—it was audible. I heard it with my ears.

When I turned toward the voice, I was suddenly blinded by an intense flash of LIGHT, like the burst of a powerful camera flash. I could not see who was speaking, but the voice continued, saying:

“Tell My people they have purpose—they have been chosen by ME for ME.”

In that moment, joy and excitement overwhelmed me.

Hear this clearly:
Never allow the enemy to discourage you again.

You have divine purpose.

You are divinely prepared to accomplish the task God has assigned to you. There is something you can do that no other human being can do in the way you can do it. When you meditate on this truth—when you believe that you have been chosen by Christ for Christ—your life will take on renewed zeal and focus.

Jesus Himself said:

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”
—John 15:16

That’s not theory.
That’s identity.
That’s calling.

Amen.
