Evidences of Witchcraft — God’s Antidote and the Place of Immunity

I want to share something weighty, but necessary—drawn from Francis Frangipane’s teaching on discernment, warfare, and Christlikeness. This is not written to stir fear, but to bring clarity, balance, and victory.

📌 Evidences of Witchcraft

One of the first signs of an assault of witchcraft is disorientation. A believer may feel confused, clumsy, or unable to connect with spiritual vision. Motivation seems to drain away. The enemy’s aim is simple: to cloud vision and steal destiny—whether through overt occult witchcraft, Jezebel-style control and domination, or what is often called charismatic witchcraft.

Another sign is emotional and physical debilitation. Those targeted by spiritual curses often feel drained, sick, or oppressed. There may be tightness in the neck, pressure in the head, or a heaviness that mimics illness—but it is not the flu. It is spiritual oppression, often accompanied by spirits of infirmity, death, and destruction.

Curses can also stir inordinate fears, especially through dreams and imagination. Sleep becomes restless. The mind becomes a theater for grotesque or troubling images. Rest is interrupted. Peace is stolen.

When witchcraft targets a congregation, the fruit is division. Irritation rises. Patience drops. Gossip, suspicion, and offense increase. Rebellion against leadership seems justified. Fellowship feels optional. The enemy’s goal is distraction—pulling the Body of Christ away from its true calling.

It is important to say this clearly: some of these symptoms can occur without witchcraft. But when discernment confirms a spiritual assault, victory is very near.

Putting On Christ — The Place of Immunity

Here is the turning point.

God does not allow evil to destroy us—He allows conflict to form Christ in us. We cannot grow into Christlike love without adversity. Loving enemies, blessing those who curse us, and refusing hatred brings us into what Frangipane calls the Place of Immunity.

This place is not found by fighting people.
It is found by becoming like Jesus.

Christ came to destroy the works of the evil one, but Scripture reminds us: we do not wrestle against flesh and blood. The greatest defense in our lives is not shouting at demons—it is the manifest presence of God. Even a little light drives out great darkness.

As we worship, obey, and remain in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, God’s love fills us. We begin to blossom—like a flower abiding in water. The longer we abide, the more beautiful the fruit.

God’s Antidote for Witchcraft

First, we bless those who curse us. Jesus commanded this plainly. Blessing protects our soul from bitterness and shuts the door to Satan’s aim.

Second, we leave vengeance with God. If we descend into hatred, we lose ground. Love is not weakness—it is victory. Love preserves the soul and turns what was meant for evil into good.

Audible prayer is often powerful in warfare. Speaking truth aloud aligns our faith with heaven.

Third, we break oppression through worship. Praise dismantles heaviness. Thanksgiving opens the gates into God’s presence. Worship builds a buffer around the soul. When we choose praise instead of complaint, heaven responds.

Fourth, fear must be confronted with truth. Perfect love casts out fear. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Fear weakens the will; surrender strengthens it. As we commit fully to Christ, fear loses its grip.

God never promised immunity from pain—but He promised resurrection life. Death has no final word. Knowing this strips Satan of his greatest weapon.

Ending Division in the Body

Finally, division in the church must be exposed for what it is—a strategy of the enemy. People are not the enemy. When offense arises, intercession must replace accusation. Prayer must replace rumor. Discernment must replace judgment.

God is calling His people to become a house of prayer, not only for personal victory, but for corporate protection.

Let us ask the Lord for discernment, humility, and courage—to defend one another, to stand in the gap, and to glorify Christ in unity.

Grace and peace to you,
Stace
