Your efforts are unseen.
📌 There are moments when you hear everyone else being praised, honored, and recognized…while your own name is never mentioned.
Your work is ignored.
And your heart whispers, “What about me?”
But the Spirit of God answers with a different voice:
“Your value is not measured by human words,
but by the Word of God Himself.”
People don’t always notice.
People don’t always appreciate.
People don’t always speak life.
But God does.
The One who called you sees every quiet obedience,
every act of faithfulness,
every sacrifice done in love.
And He says:
“You are My workmanship.”
(Ephesians 2:10)
“I am your exceedingly great reward.”
(Genesis 15:1)
“Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”
(1 Corinthians 15:58)
When you start looking to others for affirmation,
the enemy slips in with comparison, hurt, and insecurity.
But when you shift your eyes back to God,
peace returns.
Strength returns.
Identity returns.
The solution to feeling unseen isn’t to demand recognition.
It’s to anchor your worth in Christ
and let Him be the One who lifts you.
Promotion comes from the Lord.
(Psalm 75:6–7)
So today, release the hurt.
Bless those who are being praised.
Walk in love — because love never fails.
And know this with confidence:
God sees you.
God values you.
And God will reward you in His perfect time.
