📌 Second Guessing

One of the enemy’s favorite tactics is to make you second-guess decisions you made years ago. He whispers things like, “Imagine where you’d be today if you hadn’t made that mistake,” or “Are you sure that good decision wasn’t actually a bad one?”

Before you know it, what once felt settled suddenly feels shaky.
Sometimes it comes as a heavy battle; other times it’s just irritating enough to pull your mind off course and get you pondering things that don’t need to be revisited.

You don’t need to reopen old chapters God has already closed.

When you find yourself slipping into that mental spiral, stop immediately and go to the Lord. Ask Him, “Is there anything You want me to see here? Is there something I need to learn?”
If He doesn’t show you anything—if there’s no nudge, no correction, no gentle spotlight—then you can be sure the rest is just the enemy stirring up doubt.

Rebuke the devil and walk away.

You could lose an entire day replaying events from years ago, and that is not how the Lord wants you to live. He calls us to walk in confidence, clarity, and forward movement.

Redeem the time.
Your future is ahead of you, not behind you.
