Hear Jesus: “Let Me Teach You How To Understand Your Story”

The SoJourner:

There have been wonderful things in my life—far more than I sometimes allow myself to remember. I have snorkeled over the reefs of Puerto Rico and walked through the old forts of San Juan, touching walls that have stood watch over the Caribbean for centuries. I have bivouacked beneath the enormous skies of Alaska and trekked through the rugged Uncompahgre country of the Colorado mountains, surrounded by landscapes that make a person realize just how vast and magnificent God’s creation really is. From Puerto Rico to Alaska, from the mountains of Colorado to the lakes of Florida, I have lived some remarkable adventures. I water-skied across those Florida lakes back before we began joking that the alligators had taken possession of them, wandered through the historic thirteen colonies where so much of America’s story began. This and much more.

📌 Angels Have Been Manifesting in Every Meeting Since October

By Keith Luker

The streak now stands at 81 consecutive meetings since October where angels have manifested during worship—singing or playing instruments. What once occurred every few years is now happening in every single gathering.

Creative miracles have also started happening spontaneously during worship. Authority Over Weather

Authority Under Direction

Balancing Faith, Revelation, and Obedience

Introduction

In every generation, the question resurfaces: Do believers have authority over storms, weather, and the natural world around them?

Jesus clearly demonstrated His command over creation when He rebuked the wind and said, “Peace, be still,” and the sea became calm (Mark 4:39). He also extended authority to His followers, declaring, “Behold, I give you authority over all the power of the enemy” (Luke 10:19).

Yet Scripture never shows every disciple using this authority to calm storms. The pattern of the Word reveals that divine power must always be exercised under direction, not as an independent act of will.

Authority That Flows From the Head

Authority belongs to Christ the Head, and believers operate as His Body. It is delegated, not possessed outright. The Word of Faith teachers—Kenneth E. Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Charles Capps, and others—emphasize this truth consistently: believers have real authority in Christ, but it functions only through revelation and obedience.
