What Is a Generational Curse?
Written by Barry Bennett
How often have we heard Christians talk about the need to break generational curses? Much of what has been taught on this subject actually borders on unbelief. Believers who focus on curses often do not understand the realities of the finished work of the Cross.
People are not defeated in life because they are cursed as much as they are perishing for lack of knowledge of the Lord. Continue reading “What is a Generational Curse?”
Faith in the Devil
Right now, there are believers who are coming to a decisive place. They are saying, “I’m done with sickness and disease. I am finished living under the dominion—the control—of the enemy’s plans and schemes for my life.”
They are choosing freedom. They are declaring deliverance from the kingdom of darkness and acknowledging their translation into the Kingdom of God and His ways. Continue reading “More Faith in the Devil?”
Prayer for Fighting for Lives
Father, I thank You that Your Word declares You are not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. As it is written in 2 Peter 3:9, Your heart has always been for salvation.
Thank You, Father, that Jesus is the propitiation for the sins of the whole world, just as You declared in 1 John 2:2. The payment has already been made. The work is finished. Salvation is not pending on Your end. Continue reading “Prayer: Fighting for Lives”

Deliver Us From Evil, Part 1
It is coming up on 50 years since I was first introduced to the ministry of Deliverance by Derek Prince. In those 50 years, what I have learned and what I have seen has opened my eyes to a realm of Jesus’ ministry that is still greatly misunderstood in many parts of the body of Christ.
Because of what we have seen unfolding in the past few months and years, it is clear that we are in the midst of a battle Royal with the Enemy. He has been losing ground, and is doing everything in his power to fight against what God is doing in the earth today. He has opposed (and continues to Continue reading “Regner A Capener: Deliver Us From Evil”
Facing Rejection with Courage
In his book The Prophet in the Wilderness, Ken Cox writes:
“Some prophets say, ‘Lord, You know how I hate rejection—how I go out of my way to avoid being or feeling rejected. Help me to grow out of it.’ As prophets, we need to pray for God to give us courage to face those who distrust, dislike, or resent us for whatever reason. There are those who look down on you, who think they have you figured out. Ask God to help you love them while refusing to compromise your integrity. Ask God to forgive you where you’ve been afraid.” Continue reading “Facing Rejection with Courage”
Our Lives: Check, Double-Check
Everyone pauses at some point during the day to check in on their lives. We evaluate where we are and where we’re going—sometimes consciously, sometimes simply out of habit.
For the Christian, this often looks like holding one’s life up before the Lord and asking, “How am I doing, Lord?” or “What’s next? What should I do now?” Continue reading “Our Lives: Check, Double-Check”
This Is What Leadership Looks Like Sometimes
If you’re called to lead—whether in ministry, business, or everyday life—there will be days like this.
Today, the posting plan got bumped. Legal work had to be prepared—an eviction. Not something anyone enjoys. The tenant had a pattern of being late but usually paid around this time of year. This time, he pushed it too far. And when leadership said, “File the eviction,” that was it. Continue reading “This Is What Leadership Looks Like Sometimes”
“The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
— Exodus 14:14
Sometimes the hardest burden to carry isn’t injustice itself—it’s the weight of not being understood. You want to explain. You want to clear things up. You want people to know your heart.
But often, the more you explain, the more tangled it becomes. Continue reading “Being MisUnderstood”
